Submissions policy

What you can submit

Submit a find you sourced or studied: photos you took, honest details, and optional sale proof. Do not upload other people's listings, catalog shots you do not own, or photos of people, IDs, receipts with personal data, or private spaces.

Rights you grant

You represent that you own the photos or have all rights needed to upload them, and that they do not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.

By submitting, you grant ThriftKitty a non-exclusive license to store the materials, review them, and, if accepted, reproduce, adapt, and use the photos, details, and optional credit in training lessons and related product features.

You keep ownership of your photos. You may ask us to stop using an accepted find as a future lesson by emailing hello@thriftkitty.com. We will retire it from new lessons; copies already shipped in older app versions may take time to disappear.

Review

We may accept or decline any submission. Declined finds include a reason. We look for clear photos, truthful details, and teaching value.

Accepted finds may award 25 coins and the Lesson Contributor badge. Coins have no cash value and are not a payment for your copyright.

Accuracy

Tell the truth as you know it. If you are unsure of a maker or date, say so. Misleading submissions can be removed and may affect your ability to submit again.
